Please note that Wicked Tender must be notified if your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship within 72 hours of receipt of goods to be eligible for a full refund or replacement. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Wicked Tender, you are welcome to return it.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
For returns, please email tendercare@wickedtender.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Please do not send back your purchase - we will provide you with instructions on where to send return goods. Once a return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment shortly after.
Wicked Tender monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
Customers can return goods once Wicked Tender has been notified and the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
